Local-first app data

GoHeavy stores workout data, diet logs, nutrition targets, body stats, profile details, and settings locally on your device. GoHeavy does not operate a cloud sync service for this data.

No account system

GoHeavy does not require account creation or sign-in to use the app.

No ads or third-party analytics

GoHeavy does not use your app data for advertising and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Apple Watch and HealthKit

The Apple Watch app requests HealthKit permission only to start and end an active strength training workout session while you train. GoHeavy does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or third-party data sharing.

Device backups

Depending on your iCloud Backup settings, Apple device backups may include local GoHeavy app data. A local recovery copy may be kept on device to help prevent accidental data loss.
